I am Selena and my background is in occupational therapy with specialization in maternal health. I use holistic strategies to support pelvic floor health, mindfulness to promote a clear and healthy mind, and yoga for therapeutic mobility and flexibility to reduce pain and discomfort while pregnant and also for your post-baby journey. 

Working with pregnancy and postpartum stages are my speciality within maternal health. From bump, to baby, and beyond, I offer kind, knowledgeable, and  clear support to achieve your goals as you transition into motherhood.
